California Consumer Privacy Statement

Effective August 4 2025

This California Consumer Privacy Statement supplements the Charge Rigs LLC Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including its amendments (CCPA / CPRA).

1. Notice at Collection

Charge Rigs collects the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as your real name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address and device identifier; customer-record information such as payment details, purchase and service history; commercial information about products or services purchased or considered; internet or network activity such as your browsing history on chargerigs.com, log files and cookies; approximate geolocation inferred from your IP address; audio or visual material that you voluntarily provide in voicemails or images; and limited professional or demographic information such as job title and industry. We also collect sensitive personal information only to the extent you give us a precise phone number for SMS support, and we do not use that data to infer characteristics about you. Each category is retained only for as long as it is needed to meet the purposes described in Section 2 or to satisfy legal obligations.

2. Purposes of Use

We use personal information to deliver, maintain and improve our products and services, to provide customer and technical support, to send transactional or marketing communications by SMS or email when you have consented, to detect, investigate and prevent fraud or security incidents and to comply with legal requirements while enforcing our terms.

3. Sale or Sharing

Charge Rigs does not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Should our practice change, we will notify you in advance and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.

4. Disclosure

We disclose personal information only to service providers who are bound by written contracts to use it solely on our instructions, to government authorities when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety and to potential successors in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We do not allow those parties to use your data for their own marketing.

5. Your CCPA Rights

California residents may request to know the categories or specific pieces of personal information we hold, to delete that information subject to statutory exceptions, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of any future sale or sharing (not currently applicable) and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (also not applicable because we use it only for permitted purposes). Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.

Please describe your request in detail and provide sufficient information for us to confirm your identity. An authorised agent may act on your behalf if they present written permission together with proof of their own identity.

7. SMS Disclosures

By providing your mobile number or initiating a text conversation, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Charge Rigs for support or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Changes

We may update this statement periodically. The effective date will change when revisions are posted, and continued use of our services after an update signifies your acceptance.
